I spent over a year searching for the right photographer — someone who understood Ruby’s spirit and could help visually express it. When I found Alexis, I knew instantly she was the one. She’s an absolute joy to work with and, somehow, even makes me — someone who always prefers to be behind-the-scenes — feel comfortable in front of the camera. I came to Kim with scattered thoughts and scribbled sketches — and she turned them into a cohesive, beautiful brand. She has a remarkable ability to find patterns in chaos and pull clarity out of clutter. Every design she creates deepens the Ruby aesthetic and pushes the brand forward in exciting, unexpected ways. I truly couldn’t imagine this journey without her.

Jillian is Ruby’s voice. A brilliant copywriter with an unmatched creative spark, she brings words to life in a way that’s both strategic and full of personality. And here’s the best part: Jillian is my sister! She’s also a published author with a wicked sense of humor, and adding her to the team was a no-brainer.
